Google Hangout - A new experience !

Today in class we did a Google Hangout!  Due to cellular device technical issues I was unable to do the hangout in class, but I did do the hangout from the mall, which was pretty cool!   The rest of the class could see me at the mall and I could see them as well.  Unfortunately, because my Wi-Fi connection kept hopping in and out, I could not make the class hear me.  I tried a Google hangout with my sister in Amsterdam instead of our usual Facetime and when I tried from home, I could hear my voice.
Google Hangout is great for communicating with with people across the globe and you can use it to assist your PLN!  You could have a Hangout with somebody across the globe about a topic in education to broaden your knowledge.
